Exchange Programs (Limited Capacity)
Exchange Programs have a limited number of spaces available for UCSC students. Submit your Nomination Form in the Global Learning Portal close to the open date to help secure your participation. We accept Nomination Forms on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots may fill up quickly. Programs that are “Closed” have either reached capacity or the nomination deadline has passed.
Applications for Fall and Academic Year 2026-27 programs will open on November 20, 2025, at 9 a.m.
Applications for Winter, Spring, and Calendar Year 2027 programs will open on April 15, 2026, at 9 a.m.
Note: All deadlines are 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Late Nomination Forms may be possible.
