- Always purchase refundable airfare/changeable airfare, in case something occurs with your program where you are unable to participate as you planned.

- Option to pay a deposit for your flight and pay the remainder of your balance two weeks prior to your departure. This is a great option for students who use financial aid, since aid is not disbursed until closer to your program’s start date, but it is required to purchase airfare months in advance.
